1. Membership
   • Every potential member must fill out a membership application form.

2. Club Events
   • Members are encouraged to participate in club events and activities.
   • At club events, members should behave professionally and respectfully, representing the club in a positive manner.
   • Vehicles displayed at events must meet the standards set by the club.
3. Safety and Compliance
   • Members should comply with all traffic and safety laws when driving their cars.
   • In case of performance or modified car clubs, vehicles must pass safety inspections on a regular basis.
4. Respect and Courtesy
   • Members should treat all other members, club officials, and the public with respect.
   • Members should avoid behavior or actions that might harm the reputation of the club.
   • In case of any conflicts, members should approach club officials who will help mediate the situation.
5. Club Decision Making
   • Major decisions, including changes to the rules, the election of club officials, and other important matters, will be decided by a majority vote among members.
   • All members have equal voting rights, and every member’s voice is valued.
6. Termination of Membership
   • Membership may be terminated for non-payment of dues, violation of club rules, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the club.
   • Termination of membership will be decided by a majority vote among club officials.
